COVID – 19

Dear visitor,

Hotel Alexandra will reopen on Monday, June 15, 2020, in accordance with the decision of EOT from 19-03-2020 and the decision no. 5052 / 24-3-2020 of the Ministry of Tourism. We are here to provide you with a unique stay.

We consider it necessary to contact you with the measures we take to ensure the health and safety of our facilities.
Our teams strictly clean all the accommodation areas, following exactly the cleaning, hygiene, and disinfection protocols, which include:

● Continuous training of our employees on hygiene issues.
● Clearly established cleaning and disinfection cycles everywhere.
● Apparent hand disinfection equipment installation.
● Continuous cleaning and washing of popular sites and frequent touch surfaces, including corridors, the staircase, and the elevator.
● Immediate response to extraordinary cleaning.

Considering the current concerns about the new corona 2019 (covid19), we have established rules of stay so that together with the appropriate hygiene protocols and operating procedures, the well-being and health of our visitors during their stay with us is ensured. These rules of stay include:

● Approaching any indoor and outdoor service area (reception, bar, buffet, restaurant, beach facilities), we oblige our guests to keep a distance of one and a half (1.5) meters from the next in order of priority.
● We provide our guests with a face mask, in case of cough and / or sneezing, in all the internal common areas of the hotel.
● We inform you about the maximum use of our elevators by two adults, with a recommendation for the use of a face mask.
● We have reduced the capacity of our restaurant, cafeteria, and beach facilities by 1/3, shaping the spaces so that the new required distances are observed.
● We adapted the breakfast buffet so that all our delicacies are served without the use of a common utensil (tongs). All packaging is disposable, ecological, and the utensils used are hygienically suitable for the appropriate temperatures.
● We hired additional staff to meet the new data with high service
● We recommend our visitors when entering and exiting our restaurant to make use of the special hand sanitizer that is placed for this purpose at the entrance of our restaurant.
● For the Room Service of our guests, we have established new procedures for ordering, delivering, and receiving a record in their room, for their convenience.
● To avoid any health problems from goods and / or services of third parties consumed within the hotel, we do not allow external food delivery services (delivery).
● We do not allow third-parties to enter our facilities
● We encourage our visitors to contact any member of our team for suggestions and / or comments that will improve our operation.

Our goal is to provide high-quality personalized services. All members of our team are impeccable professionals, at the disposal of our guests, respond immediately and effectively to their requests.
For our partners, our company has taken the following measures:

● Mandatory limitation on the number of people in their workplace.
● Preventive administration of all protective equipment provided.
● Continuous measures of continuous disinfection of work surfaces, as well as public and private spaces.
● Taking measures to limit social gatherings of staff and keeping a safe distance between employees (1.5+ meters).

As part of our commitment to the health and well-being of our visitors, employees, and society, we are constantly informed of developments regarding the new Coronid 2019 (covid19) with regular updates and guidance from the National Public Health Organization (EO). .D.Y.) And the Ministry of Health, as well as by additional governmental and European organizations.
According to the guidance we have received and the general state of our readiness, we are confident that our facilities and services are still safe and our staff ready to serve our guests.
We are very proud of all the staff of our hotel who in these unprecedented circumstances demonstrates a very high level of individual, social and professional responsibility. In addition to the strict observance of strict rules of hygiene, operation, communication and coordination, they are exemplary hosts. We appreciate every visitor who will honor us with his presence at our Hotel.
